Scott's Apothecary
Started by sisters in law Alice & Toni, Alice is a registered Nutritional Practitioner and chef with a lifelong interest in essential oils. Having for years made her own beauty and cleaning products using the incredible scents and natural therapeutic properties of essential oils, Alice now leads Scott's Apothecary in creating amazing scents for you to enjoy at home or at work. All ingredients are natural, cruelty free and organic where possible. Our candles are hand poured in our 5000sq ft studio in Scotland, using soy wax from Sweden and the highest quality essential oils sourced from around the world.
Kilted Fudge Company
We are a small, family-run business based in Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. We, Stephen and Chris, set up the Kilted Fudge Company back in 2014. Stephen has always had an interest in baking and confectionery-making… so after 23 years in the civil service and a wee chat with Chris, Kilted Fudge was born! Initially starting with a small selection of fudge flavours, we toured local markets and craft fairs before getting into some larger events and festivals… and then it just grew arms and legs. We now have a small team working behind the scenes in Aviemore – in both our kitchen and in the shop in the middle of the village.

Island Bakery Organics
Since 2001, Island Bakery have been making award-winning organic biscuits in Tobermory on the Hebridean Isle of Mull. The biscuits are all made in a purpose-built bakery on the island, which is fuelled entirely by local sources of renewable energy, including wood-fuelled ovens and electricity generated from wind and water. Many of our biscuits have won Great Taste Awards. We've also scooped Great British FoodAwards, Scottish Food and Drink Excellence Awards and our Lemon Melts were voted the Nation's Favourite Organic Product in the first ever BOOM Awards.
